Chamilo LMS in 2023 : 13 years and many more to go!
With more than 31 million users and 79 thousand installations globally, the Chamilo community has a notable experience in online training solutions in many sectors of the industry, in primary, secondary and higher education, in the editorial world, in the pharmaceutical industry, publich health, government institutions, NGOs, etc.
Chamilo was born in 2022. This presentation is a good opportunity to catch up on what has been happening to our relatively discrete project over 12 years.

Chamilo with LTI: Integration of external tools within your preferred LMS
(Agenda to be confirmed) .The development of the Internet has brought a large number of tools for teaching/training, but the disarticulation between them causes problems to follow the learning of each student.
LTI is an open standard managed by IMS Global, an international standardization body for learning technologies.
The LTI standard allows establishing a communication between a platform like Chamilo and external learning applications, in such a way that you can add the activities of the students outside and inside the platform, combining the results of both.
